If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with images of the damaged items and we will cheerfully replace the damaged items or send replacement parts at no cost to you.
RETURN, ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUND
As our items are essentially custom made to order, with the greatest care, we do not accept returns, order cancellation or offer refunds, except in the case of damaged goods.
