Order Processing Time and Delivery
Most orders ship the following business day. During the peak seasons or holidays, it may take up to 3-8 days.
US: 8 - 15 days arrive
All packages default to ship with standard shipping and typically arrive in 8-22 working days to most countries, but occasionally longer due to customs delays, and there may be import duties/taxes/fees applied by your country.
If you need your package by a specific date, please contact us before ordering to verify that it can arrive in time. We want you to receive your goods as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate any special requests!
Shipping Methods
All packages are shipped via standard shipping from different warehouses around the world, usually with your local post offices.
To avoid delay in shipment, we ship all packages via default standard shipping if no special request is received before we ship it.
Address of P.O. Box is not recommended, please do not leave the address with P.O. Box/Box. If you still want us to ship the order to P.O. box address, there is only the economy shipping method can be used for that.
Taxes
Import duties/taxes/fees probably applied by your country, please be aware of these potential fees; they are NOT INCLUDED in our shipping fees and they are buyer’s responsibility to clear the custom.
Different countries have their own customs policies, taxes rate and rules on the imported goods, it is advised that buyers know the custom policies of your own country before your purchase to avoid any problems happened with this issue.
If, unfortunately, your package is detained by the custom of your country, the buyer is responsible for the clearance of the detained parcel and any fees incurred.
